Une oeuvre qui marquera l\u2019histoire de la contrebasse, puisque l\u2019interpr\u00e9tation de celle-ci ne peut se r\u00e9aliser qu\u2019avec une contrebasse hors-norme accord\u00e9es en quintes diminu\u00e9es,\u00a0 une nouvelle scordatura qui rend\u00a0 possible le renouvellement du langage et les techniques de jeu de l\u2019instrument. Le solo devient polyphonique, se transforme en chorale, les ambiances sonores forment un spectre tr\u00e8s large. Dans un corps \u00e0 corps introspectif, le musicien nous livre une musique d\u2019une \u00e9nergie puissante, un jeu d\u2019images, d\u2019ambiances, de climats tout a fait passionnant. Cherchant constamment l\u2019\u00e9quilibre entre expressivit\u00e9 sensualiste et rigueur formelle, narration spontan\u00e9e et abstraction architecturale, archa\u00efsme et raffinement,
